Currently I live in Cleveland, OH with my wife, Julie, daughter, Abby, and son, Jacob. I am the Director of Music Technology at Case Western Reserve University. Among other duties I teach Computers and Music in which music majors develop skills in notation, audio and midi sequencing, and video editing software.

I graduated from Duquesne University with a Masters of Music Technology/ Composition. My interests include incorporating digital effects and sound design in composition. My Thesis is an Electronic String Quartet for strings and sound engineer.

My future plans include pursuing my doctorate and teaching full time in higher education.
